摘要
目的研究牙源性肿瘤中骨形成蛋白BMP-2基因表达的特点,分析其与牙源性肿瘤发生的关系。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法,检测62例牙源性肿瘤中BMP-2基因的表达。结果按有无BMP-2基因表达,牙源性肿瘤可分为两类:化牙骨质纤维瘤、良性牙骨质母细胞瘤、牙源性纤维瘤、成釉细胞瘤有BMP-2基因表达;牙源性钙化上皮瘤、牙源性腺样瘤无BMP-2基因表达。结论牙源性肿瘤中BMP-2基因表达存在差异,可能因这些肿瘤发生于牙胚发育不同阶段所致;BMP-2基因表达可能与肿瘤性硬组织的形成有关。
Objective To study the gene amplification of BMP-2 in odontogenic tumors and to explore its role in carcinogenesis of odontogenic tumors. Methods BMP-2 gene amplification in odontogenic tumors of 62 cases was detected using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results Odontogenic tumors could be classified into two types according to the result of BMP-2 gene amplification cementifying fibroma, benign cementoblastoma, odontogenic fibroma and ameloblastoma displayed specific amplification strip of BMP-2cDNA while calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor and odontogenic adenomatoid tumor did not display the strip. Conclusions BMP-2 gene amplification shows differences among odontogenic tumors. It is implied that the formation of hard tissues in odontogenic tumors might be related to BMP-2 gene amplification.
