健脾愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡136例述要

Study on Peptic Ulcer (136 cases) Treated by Decoction for Reinforcing Qi of Spleen

目的 :比较中西药治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效 ,探索中药治疗消化性溃疡的机理和前景。方法 :将 2 5 2例消化性溃疡患者随机分为中药治疗组 136例 ,西药对照组 116例 ,观察比较两组的临床疗效和复发率。结果 :治疗组总有效率98.5 % ,对照组 87.9% ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组治愈患者 2年后随访 ,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组 ,有显著性差异(P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :中药治疗消化性溃疡疗效好 ,治愈率高 ,复发率低 ,无毒副作用。

Purpose:Clinical therapeutic effects of the Chinese traditional and western medicines in treatment of digestive ulcers is compared in order to explore the mechanism and prospect of the CTM in treatment of digestive ulcers.Method:252 cases with digestive ulcers were divided at random into the therapeutic group of 136 cases treated with CTM and a control group of 116 cases treated with western medicine,clinical therapeutic effects and rate of recurrence were observed and compared between these two groups.Results:total therapeutic effects in the therapeutic group was 98.5% while it was 87.9% in the control group,showing statistical difference (P<0.05);follow-up visits in the two groups after 2 years,rate of recurrence in the therapeutic group was lower than that that of the control group with significant statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Therapeutic effects of treatment of cases of digestive ulcer with CTM produced good results shown by high curative rate,low rate of recurrence and without toxic and side effects It is concluded that treatment of this disease with CTM possesses a wide prospect.
