摘要 缺血缺氧性预适应普遍存在于机体的各器官,其机制尚未阐明。丝裂素活化蛋白激酶家族(mitogen activated protein kinases,MAPKs)是将胞外刺激信号转导至胞核介导细胞产生反应的细胞信息传递的共同通路之一,其在缺血缺氧预适应中的作用及机制成为人们关注的焦点。
