摘要 利用胃张力监测仪测定胃肠粘膜CO2分压(PiCO2),胃粘膜内-动脉血CO2分压差(Pi-aCO2),胃粘膜-呼吸CO2分压差(Pi-ETCO2)和胃粘膜内pH值(pHi)等指标,能动态了解病人胃肠粘膜血流灌注及组织氧合状态,这对围手术麻醉期及ICU危重病人全身情况评估、治疗方案选择、病情和预后判断都有重要临床意义。
