建设有中国特色社会主义,制度的现代化刻不容缓。制度建设是个系统工程,一个良好的制度应该成为社会制度系统的有机组成部分,它和系统处于功能耦合状态。一个单位如果不顾社会制度系统的耦合需要,各自为政,制度失调,那么,不管经济效益如何,该单位的整体效益是十分有限的。研究制度的功能耦合,有助于单位主体有机地融入社会发展的轨道,实现可持续发展。

The modernization of systems is of great urgency in terms of the construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. System construction is a systematic project. A good system should be an organic part of the whole social system and match with it in function. If an enterprise ignores this point, not only its whole achievements but also the whole social effect will be limited in spite of its economic benefit. The study on the functional harmony of systems can make contributions to enterprises' sustainable development as well as the correspondence between its development and the social development.
