摘要 目的 :在 2 5℃条件下 2 4h内考察氟康唑与四种抗生素的配伍及稳定性 .方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定氟康唑与四种抗生素在 2 4h内的含量变化 ,同时观察外观及测定pH值的变化 .结果 :各配伍液在测定时间内无明显外观、pH值、峰形及保留时间的变化 .氟康唑与氧哌嗪青霉素在配伍液中的含量都保持在初始浓度的 90 %以上 ;而头孢氧哌唑、头孢唑林钠、头孢替安在与氟康唑的配伍液中含量下降大于 1 0 % .结论 :试验结果表明氟康唑与四种抗生素无配伍变化 . AIM: To study the stability of complexes of Fluconazole and other four antibiotics at 25℃. METHODS: The samples of the complexes were collected at the 2nd,4th,6th and 24th hour after mixing Fluconazole and other four antibiotics at 25℃ and the contents of Fluconazole and the antibiotics were determined by means of HPLC. The pH of the samples were also determined. RESULTS: There were no visible changes in terms of the appearance, PH, forms of peaks and retaining times of the complexes. In the complexes, the contents of Fluconazole and Piperacillin maintained more than 90% of their initial levels, while the contents of the other three tested drugs dropped by more than 10% of their initial levels. CONCLUSION: Fluconazole and the other four antibiotics are compatible. The contents of Fluconazole are stable under the experiment condition. The complex should be administrated as soon as it is made.
