上颌第三磨牙的根管治疗

The Root Canal Therapy of Maxillary Third Molar.

目的 :评估上颌第三磨牙根管治疗的临床技术特点及近期临床效果。方法 :32例患牙髓炎症的上颌第三磨牙进行常规根管预备 ,标准牙胶尖侧向加压充填。术后X线评估根管充填质量。结果 :32个病例中 ,适充 2 5例 ,适充比例为 78.12 % ,欠充 7例 ,欠充比例为 2 1.88% ,没有超充病例。结论

Objective: To evaluate the clinic result of root canal therapy in maxillary third molar. Methods: 32 cases of maxillary third molar with acute or chronic pulpitis were selected. The root canals were routinely prepared with Step-Back technique and filled with lateral condensed technique. Result: 25 cases were flush filled in all 32 cases, the flush filled rate was 78.12%. 7 cases were underfilled, the underfilled rate was 21.88%. No case was overfilled. Conclusions: The result of root canal therapy in maxillary third molar is predictable.
