摘要
目的 :研究运用口内支抗推磨牙向远中矫治安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的临床效果。方法 :选择安氏Ⅱ类患者 14例 ,利用上颌前段牙弓和下牙弓组成口内支抗系统 ,通过推簧和Ⅱ类牵引 ,分次远中移动上颌牙 ,恢复磨牙的中性关系和前牙正常的覆盖。并进行矫治前后的头影测量分析。结果 :矫治后 ,整个上牙弓远中移位 ,上切牙突度减小 ,Ptm- 6距减小 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;鼻唇角、上下唇角及上唇长增大 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;侧貌改善明显。结论
Objective: To analysize the effects of an intraoral anchorage used for distal movement of the maxillary molars. Method: The study sample consisted of 14 patients with classⅡ maloccusion. After leveing and alignment, the arch segment from maxillary left second premalor to right second premolar was consolidated as a single unit with a continuous ligature. The first molars were distal moved with the NiTi elastic open-coil between the second premolar and the first molar, and the class Ⅱ elastics. The cephalometric radiographs on 14 patients before and after treatment were analysized. Result: After treatment ,the maxillary arch was distally moved. The protrusion of the maxillary incisors were reduced favorable facial changes were obstained. Conclusion: The intraoral archorage is a effective archorage used for molars distal movement.
