自固化磷酸钙人工骨修复颌骨缺损的临床应用

摘要 目的 :研讨自固化磷酸钙 (CPC)人工骨填充修复颌骨缺损的临床意义。方法 :常规方法去除病变组织 ,经彻底止血处理后 ,充分调和的自固化磷酸钙修复骨缺损。结果 :全组 2 6例应用CPC后未见明显局部和全身反应 ,X线显示 :CPC与宿主骨接触紧密 ,无脱落 ,术后 3个月出现降解 ,新生骨形成。结论 :CPC安全无毒 ,使用方便 ,易塑性 ,生物相容性好 ,能在体内降解 。 Objective: Our aim was to look into the clinical use of autosolidifing Calcium Phosphate Cement(CPC) in the repair of Jaw defect. Methods: Affected tissue was resected and surface of wound was stanched completely,then filled with CPC. Results: No systemic or local adverse reaction was noted, radiological examinations revealed that the implanted CPC was directly apposed to the bone. Degeneration occurred 3 months postoperatively and bone was formed. Conclusions: CPC was safe and non-toxic,with good biocompatibility and plasticity, it is a good substitute for autografte in repairing bone defects in Jaw.
