颧骨复合体骨折内固定术中眼心反射的观察

Observation of Oculocardiac Reflex in Internal Fixation of Zygomatic Complex Fracture

目的 观察颧骨复合体骨折切开复位内固定术中发生的眼心反射。方法 在全身麻醉下施行颧骨复合体骨折切开复位内固定术过程中观察患者的脉搏及心电图变化 ,记录眼心反射的发生次数。结果 6 5例受术者发生眼心反射 2 7例 ,发生率达 4 1.5 %。结论 细致的手术及手术野注射含肾上腺素利多卡因可以减少眼心反射的发生。

Objective To observe the oculocardiac reflex in the open reduction and fixation of zygomatic complex fracture. Methods The pulse and ECG's changes of patients were recorded during the operation of the open reduction and internal fixation of zygomatic complex fracture under the general anesthsia, and the phenomena of oculocardiac reflex were recorded. Results The oculocardiac reflex occurred in 27 of 65 patients (41.5%) in these cases. Conclusion A careful operation and lidocaine injection in the operative region should decrease the incidence of oculocardia reflex.
