摘要
目的对问号钩端螺旋体黄疸出血群赖型赖株全基因组数据库中未注释的基因进行重新注释,并寻找可能的新致病基因。方法将钩端螺旋体黄疸出血群赖型赖株全基因组数据库中功能未知的编码序列(CDSs)在BLASTP/NCBI数据库中比较,初步预测基因功能,对可能的致病基因及其编码产物运用多种生物学软件进行深入分析。结果未知CDSs中有82个与NCBI数据库中的编码蛋白序列有很高的同源性,其中LA0063和LA3291编码金属蛋白酶,可能与致病有关。结论通过钩端螺旋体黄疸出血群赖株全基因组数据库中功能未知的CDSs进行定期比对,可以不断完善该数据库的功能注释,同时可以发现新的致病基因,有助于钩端螺旋体病致病机理的最终阐明。
Objective To annotate hypothetical CDSs in genomic database of L. interrogans serovar Icterohaemor-rhagiae serotype Lai and find new virulent factors. Methods Using on line database NCBI to align with unannotat-ed CDSs of L. interrogans serovar Icterohaemorrhagiae serotype Lai, primarily presuming functions of these genes and using several bio-softwares in detail to analyse structures and functions of probable pathongenic gene. Results Totally finding 82 new CDSs which have high similarity with some enteries in NCBI database, in which two metallopro-teases LA0063and LA3291are probably virulent factors. Conclusion It is necessary for us to align unknown CDSs timely to update genomic database of L. interrogans serovar Icterohaemorrhagiae serotype Lai. Meanwhile we can find new virulent factors which may help us to elucidate pathogenesis of L. interrogans finally.
