川崎病患者血小板数和平均体积及其代谢产物的改变

Analysis of count and average volume of blood platelet and metabolite of Kawasaki's disease

目的观察川崎病(KD)患儿血小板总数、平均体积及其代谢产物的变化。方法30例川崎病急性期、恢复期患儿,分别测定血小板总数(PLT)、平均体积(MPV)及其代谢产物血栓烷B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素la(6-Keto-PGFla)的含量,并与30例同期其他发热性疾病患儿进行对照分析。结果KD患儿急性期PLT、MPV、TXB2、6-Keto-PGFla的含量明显高于恢复期患儿(P<0.005)和对照组(P<0.001)。结论KD患儿急性期可出现血小板及代谢产物含量增多,可能对血栓、动脉瘤的形成以及冠状动脉的损害有一定影响。

Objective To understand changing of count and average volume of blood platelet and metabolite in Kawasaki's disease(KD). Methods Thirty patients in acute and recovery phase from KD were compared with 30 cases suffered from other febrile diseases during the same period. The levels of PLT,MPV, TXB2 ,6-Keto-PGFla were measured and analysed results. Results The levels of PLT, MPV , TXB2 ,6-Keto-PGFla in acute stage were significantly high than those in recovery stage ( P < 0. 005 ) . All the four items in acute stage were significantly high compared with those in contrast group( P < 0. 001 ) . Conclusion The change of blood platelet count and metabolites in acute stage of KD is associated with thrombus and aneurysm formation and damage of coronary artery.
