摘要 介绍 6× 5 5SWS +7× 7— 5 8mm高强度电铲钢丝绳研制过程 ,包括原料的选择、钢丝拉拔工艺、钢丝绳结构选择等。采取对比试验的办法 ,重点研究钢丝生产中压缩率和冷却条件对高强度钢丝拉拔性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,拉拔高强度钢丝应采取多道次、小部分压缩率生产工艺。总压缩率和部分压缩率的增大 ,会使钢丝的强度升高 ,但超过一定值时 ,钢丝的韧性 (扭转、弯曲 )显著降低。要获得强度高、韧性好的粗直径高强度钢丝、最好采取直接水冷和使用直冷模强化钢丝冷却。选用线接触满充式结构 ,钢丝绳的性能和使用寿命基本达到进口钢丝绳的水平。 To introduce the developing course of 6×55SWS+7×7-58 mm high strength wire rope for excavator,including the selection of raw materials,process of wire drawing,structure selection of the wire rope and so on.By contrast method, the research is emphasized on the influence of reduction and cooling conditions on the drawing property of high-strength wire in the production process. The experiment result shows that the process of many passes and small draught should be applied in producing high-strength wire. The increase of total reduction and per pass can increase the strength. On the other hand, the toughness (torsion and bend) of wire would decrease remarkably if the strength limit is exceeded.To obtain the wire with big diameter, high strength and good toughness, the direct cooling with water and in die are the best methods for high-strength wire.Adopting full filling linear contact structure,the property and service life of the wire rope can reach that of imported wire rope.
