通过试验选用反滴定法 ,以过量的碱作为溶剂 ,用酸滴定过量的碱 ,以测定酸值 ,该方法准确可靠 ,满足分析要求 ,改变了目前用吡啶做溶剂的酸值分析方法 ,减小了毒性 ,降低了成本。

A method for determining acid number of PIA by anti-titration in an excess alkali as a solvent and using acid to titrate the excess alkali to determine acid number was introduced, the method is exact, reliable and meeting the analytical demand, It also changed current analytical method which used pyridine as a solvent because it reduced the toxicity and the cost.
