摘要
用溶胶 -凝胶法制备纳米粉体 ,对影响粉体制备的主要工艺进行了优化 ,得到了制备平均粒径在 8nm左右的抑制剂、酸度控制剂、溶剂及水等主要参数的用量 ,通过表面活性剂改善粉体的团聚 ,并对粉体性能进行了测试。
Nanometer TiO 2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method in this paper,the main technology of effecting powder preparation was majorized, the use level of inhibiting agent, acidity control agent, dissolveant and water were determined to prepare 8 nm TiO 2 Powder, powder conglobation was improved through surface active agent, and powder performance was tested.
