摘要
以紫铜电脑散热片为研究对象 ,通过对前置保护分流模和替代式保护分流模两种不同类型结构的模具进行优化设计 ,并利用热挤压一次成形的方法进行了紫铜电脑散热片成形实验。实验结果表明 :这两种结构类型的模具均可以提高悬臂模具的强度 ,达到了较好的效果。
With the red copper radiators for computers as a research object,optimized designs of two different structures of fore-positioned-protection split-flow die and substituted-protection split-flow die for the radiators have been made.And the experiments for forming the computer radiators with the two dies by one single hot extrusion have been conducted.The experiment results show that both of the two types of die structures can improve the strength of cantilever dies.
