摘要
硝酸银中硫酸根与硝酸钡反应生成的硫酸钡 ,在 0 .1 2mol/l乙酸介质下 ,保护剂丙三醇—乙醇混合溶液中形成均匀悬浊液 ,λ =4 4 0nm处 ,硫酸钡浓度在 0 μg/ 2 5ml~ 1 2 0 μg/ 2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,ε440 =1 .1 9× 1 0 4l·mol-1 ·cm-1 。
In 0.12mol/L acetic acid medium, using protective reagent of HOCH2CHOHCH2OH-CH3CH2OH, sulphuric radical of AgNO3 react with BaNO3 could produce sulphate barium which is cloud suspension. It's accord with the law of Beer with the range of BaSO4's concentration at 0μg/25ml~120μg/25ml and λ=440nm. ε440 = 1.19×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 .
