糖尿病家族史对维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗和β细胞功能的影响

Investigation of the impact of family history of diabetes on insulin resistance and β cell function of Uygur type 2 diabetic patients

目的:研究糖尿病家族史对维吾尔族 2型糖尿病 (DM)患者胰岛素抵抗和β细胞功能的影响。 方法 :收集新疆和田地区有 DM家族史和无 DM家族史的糖尿病患者。按病程及有无家族史分为 4组 ,计算各组胰岛素抵抗指数 (HOMA- IR)、胰岛 β细胞功能指数 (HOMA- β)和胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI) ,并进行比较。 结果 :有糖尿病家族史的组 1和组 2的 ISI明显低于同病程没有家族史的组 3和组 4。 HOMA- IR明显高于同病程没有家族史的组3和组 4。结论:有糖尿病家族史的维吾尔族 2型糖尿病患者有更严重的胰岛素抵抗。

Objective: To investigate the impact of family history of diabetes on insulin resistance and β cell function of Uygur type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: 21 diabetes families and 156 Uygur type 2 diabetic patients without family history of diabetes were recruited from Hetian Xinjiang. They were divided according to family history and the median duration of DM (5 years) into four groups. In each group, we used the HOMA model to calculate HOMA-IR as an index of insulin resistance and HOMA-β as an index of beta cell function. We also calculated the insulin sensitivity index (ISI). Results: There was statistical difference of HOMA-β between group ③ and group ④ (P<0.05). At the same duration of DM, the mean HOMA-IR of groups with family history of diabetes was significantly (P<0.05) higher than that of groups without family history, while the mean of ISI was (P<0.05) lower. Conclusion: Family history of diabetes increased insulin resistance in Uygur type 2 diabetic patients.
