摘要
三维螺纹是在科学技术和工程领域应用很广泛的一种较为复杂的形体。正因为其复杂,所以它在计算机上建模(实体造型)非常困难。本文具体地分析了螺旋线的形成过程、原理和螺旋线的数学模型以及螺纹在车床上车削成形的整个过程,在此基础上,建立了用计算机模拟车削成形的一种三维螺纹建模方法。从该方法的应用实践来看,本文提出的方法是成功的,效率也很高,具有很强的实用价值和良好的推广应用前景。
Three-dimension (3D) screw thread is a kind of complex body widely applied in science and engineering. Because of its complexity, solid modeling of the body with computer is very difficult. Based on the analysis of forming principle and mathematic model of the helical curve, combined with the forming process analysis of the screw thread, a solid modeling method for 3D screw thread was established by simulating the forming process on lathe. Practical applications showed that this method was successful and efficient, and hence would have practical value and nice foreground.
