三峡二期枢纽工程安全运行分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Safe Operation of Three Gorges Phase Ⅱ Works

长江三峡水利枢纽工程2003年实现了6月蓄水、通航,7月首批机组发电三大目标,进入围堰挡水发电期,开始发挥防洪、发电、航运等综合效益。目前,左岸电站已有8台700 MW水轮发电机组并网发电。累计发电量达215亿kW·h;船闸通过的货物量累计超过了3000万t。枢纽工程运行后检查及各建筑物监测资料表明,枢纽建筑物运行安全正常。

: At the Three Gorges project, reservoir impounding and navigation, and power generation from the first u-nits, by the construction of the phase III RCC cofferdam, have been achieved in June and July, 2003, respectively; the Three Gorges project has started to make overall contribution in flood control, solving energy shortage and improvement of navigation on the Yangtze river. Currently, eight 700 MW turbo-generators in the left powerhouse have come on the national power grid with a cumulative output of up to 21. 5 TWh; and a total of more than 30 Mt goods has passed through the shiplock. Inspections and monitoring data after operation have shown that all structures have operated safely.
