摘要
根据平面啮合原理 ,由已知的滚刀圆弧齿形 ,推导出与其共轭的工件齿形方程。通过对工件齿形误差的分析 ,根据最大误差最小法的基本原理 ,对矩形花键滚刀法向齿形的圆弧参数进行优化 。
According to the theory of plane engagement the equation of workpiece conjugate profile is deduced with the given hob circular profile.Based on the method of minimizing maximum workpiece errors,the circular parameters of normal profile of spline hobs are optimized to obtain optimal circular parameters of the hob by analyzing workpiece errors.
