采用极性分散剂 ,在微米Al2 O3 基体中加入SiC纳米颗粒 ,用真空热压烧结法制备出Al2 O3 /SiC(n)纳米复相陶瓷 ;研究了烧结温度对氧化铝纳米复相陶瓷性能的影响。研究结果表明 :烧结温度的不同使得烧结后Al2 O3 /SiC(n)
With the vacuum-sintering technology and polarity dispersant agent, the micron particle Al 2O 3 matrixed ceramics nanocomposites reinforced with nano-sized SiC particle are prepared. The influences of sintering temperature on performance of Al 2O 3 /SiC(n) ceramics nanocomposites were investigated. The results show that in different sintering temperatures, the phases of ceramics nanocomposites and the mechanical properties are different very much.
