摘要
施工机械的评价选型是企业经营中的一项重要工作 ,影响因素多且存在难以量化的模糊因素 ,其实质是一个多目标综合评价问题。本文依据模糊综合评价的基本原理 ,通过对影响施工机械选型的技术和经济指标分析并进行归一化处理 ,科学合理地确定权重 ,建立了模糊评价选优决策模型。运用一个施工企业选择摊铺机的实例说明 ,该模型对正确选择施工机械 ,使有限的投资发挥最大的技术经济效益具有积极的指导作用和较高的实用价值。
The evaluation and optimal selection of construction machinery is an important work in construction enterprise, but it has many fuzzy factors and difficult to measure, and it is a multi objective synthetic evaluation problem also. In this paper, according to the principle of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, first, the technical and economic indexes which influence the optimum selection of machinery are analyzed. Then, the weight of every index is identified by synthetic weight method. After that, a decision model based on fuzzy evaluation is built up. Finally, a practical example of paver selection is given. The result shows that the model can be used in the selection of construction machinery.
