摘要
本文对12批商品混凝土试件及构件分别进行钻芯法、后装拔出法、回弹法、超声-回弹综合法的强度检测试验。通过对356组试件试验数据的统计、分析和处理,建立了检测商品混凝土结构强度的推定曲线,扩大其适用范围为强度等级C20~C80的混凝土;并对改进检测评定方法提出了建议。
In this test,the drilling method,pulling-out method,rebound method and the ultrasonic-rebound method were done on the 12 pure commercial concrete blocks.In this paper,based on the test results of 365 commercial concrete samples,three new local curves of pulling-out method,rebound method,ultrasonic-rebound method,used to inspect commercial concrete strenth are proposed; the formula used the compressive strength of the cylinder with 73mm diameter to calculate the structure concrete strength is gotten. And some advise that how to choose the inspection methods in practical projects is given out in the thesis.
