摘要
采用Sol-Gel法制备了掺杂Zr的ATO纳米粉末,将未掺杂Zr的ATO粉末与已掺杂Zr的粉末进行了电阻、粒度大小、比表面积等方面的分析测量,并将这两种粉末进行了对比,结果发现掺杂Zr略使其电阻率增加,但能明显减小粒度,减少团聚。在电学性能等许可范围下掺杂适量的Zr将不失为一种减小粒度的途径。但通过计算粉末还是存在不少团聚体,所以解决团聚仍是今后进一步研究的问题。
ATO nanometer-sized Zr-doped powder has been prepared by a sol-gel method.Analysis and comparison is made of the powder with or without Zr in respect of the resistivity,particle size,specific surface area.Results show that Zr-doped powder is characterized by larger resistivity,remarkably smaller particle size and less agglomerationIn the permissible range of electrical property character,proper Zr doping can reduce the particle size.The calculation results have shown that some aggregate remains in the powder,as is to be further studied for the solution.
