摘要
利用化学镀与电镀相结合的方法使陶瓷膜管表面金属化 ,并在此基础上实现了Al2 O3 陶瓷膜管与不锈钢的氧乙炔焰钎焊连接。该方法工艺简单 ,成本低 ,便于批量生产 ,具有重要的应用价值。
The surface of ceramic membrane tube is metallized by using chemical plating and electroplating. By this method, the flame brazing for ceramic membrane tube Al 2O 3 to 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel was finished. The procedure has certain practical value, due to its simple technique, low cost and convenience for batch production.
