摘要 综合评述了稳定剂和杂质SiO2偏析的原理,偏析对晶界电导的影响,分析了偏析与晶粒尺寸大小关系的2种不同观点,介绍了改变烧结条件、掺杂Al2O3、加压、提高降温速度这几种可行的改善晶界电导的方法。 The reason why segregation of solute and SiO2 impurities and the effect of segregation on the conductivity of grain boundary were described. Two different ideas about the relation between segregation and the size of grain were analyzed. Finally several ways to improve the conductivity of grain boundary were presented.
