提出了基于B/S模式的水利水电工程造价管理系统,对B/S的体系结构、系统的总体结构设 计、功能及功能设计进行了阐述,并说明了系统实现的关键技术.

Based on the mode of B/S,a cost management system of hydraulic projects is presented. The structure of B/S, total structural design,function and functional design of the system are expounded. And some key technologies for implementing the system are explained.
