摘要
应用注射成型技术,通过优化材料配方和制备工艺,制备出了最大磁能积为17.66kJ/m3(2.21 MGOe)的各向异性粘结铁氧体磁体。发现铁氧体磁粉在粘结剂中的填充率和取向度与其平均颗粒尺寸和压缩密度有密切关系,而各种添加剂的用量和添加次序及磁体制备时工艺参数的有效控制对提高磁体的性能都有重要影响。
The anistropic bonded permanent ferrite materials were prepared by injection molding processing from Sr-ferrite powder with nylon 12 resin. The maximum magnetic energy product of 17.66kJ/m3 (2.21 MGOe) was obtained by optimizing the material selection and fabrication processing. It was found that ferrite powders are determinant factors for high performance bonded magnets. It was also important to add other additives such as coupling agents, lubricants and so on.
