摘要
研究了一种新型热锻模补焊用特种焊条,通过反复调整,确定了合适的药皮渣系及适合热锻模的合金系。通过堆焊层的金相显微分析表明,新研制的焊条堆焊层的组织为马氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物。堆焊层的平均硬度为HRC51.8,经磨损试验和耐冷热疲劳试验表明:新研制的焊条堆焊层的耐磨性和耐冷热疲劳性优良,并经实际生产验证,用其修复的热锻模具,使用寿命可提高2倍以上。
In this paper a new type of electrode for repairing hot-forging dies was studied.The suitable slag system of coatings and welding alloy system for hot-forging dies were adjusted.The metallographic examination on the surfacing layers show s that the microstructures of weld are martensite,remained austenite and carbide.The average hardness of the surfacing layers is HRC51.8.Wear tests and cold-hot fatigue tests prove that the surfacing metal is of superior properties.The production validated the service time of the hot-forging dies repaired with the new electrocle can be prolonged at least two times.
