摘要
以武钢大冶铁矿硫精矿为研究对象 ,对其进行了氰化法提金试验研究。试验结果表明 ,大冶铁矿硫精矿氰化法提金的适宜条件为 :磨矿细度 -0 .0 44mm粒级占 90 % ,硝酸铅用量 3 0 0g/t ,溶液碱性预处理 4h ,氰化钠用量 5 .0kg/t ,石灰用量 2 .0kg/t,浸出时间 3 6h ,浸出浓度 3 0 % ,pH =10 .0~ 11.0 ,金的浸出率可达到 92 .86%。
A test was conducted for cyaniding WISCO Daye Iron Mine's sulphur concentrate. The rusults showed that the suitable conditions for cyaniding the concentrate were as follows: Grind,90% minus 0.044 mm;Pb(NO 3) 2 dosage, 300 g/t; alkaline pretreatment time, 4 h; NaCN dosage, 5.0 kg/t;lime dosage, 2.0 kg/t; leaching time, 36 h;leaching concentration, 30%; pH, 10.0~11.0. Under the above conditions, the leaching rate of gold was up to 92.86%.
