摘要
采用正交试验法考察了贵州某地鲕状赤铁矿浮选的主要影响因素。对鲕状赤铁矿精矿品位影响最大的是十二胺用量 ,其次依次为GF、NaOH的用量和磨矿时间 ;对回收率影响的次序为十二胺用量、GF用量、磨矿时间、NaOH用量。对其反应机理进行了初步的探索。
The main factors influencing flotation separation of oolitic hematite in Guizhou are investigated by orthogonal design. The rusults show that the factors influencing its concentrate grade lie in the following order: dodecylamine dosage?GF dosage?NaOH dosage and grinding time, and the factors influencing its recovery lie in the order: dodecylamine dosage?GF dosage?grinding time and NaOH dosage. The reaction mechanism is discussed preliminarily.
