摘要
从配加磁铁精矿及添加剂、调整碱度以及SiO2 含量等角度 ,对卡拉加斯赤铁矿球团的还原膨胀性能进行了研究。结果表明 :单一卡拉加斯球团矿的还原膨胀率为 15 .64 % ,在磁铁精矿配比低于 5 0 %时 ,配入磁铁精矿不能降低其还原膨胀率 ;添加蛇纹石可使球团矿还原膨胀率降低 ,而轻烧白云石或白云石则使球团矿变为异常膨胀 ;当碱度在 0 .8以下时 ,球团矿的还原膨胀率随碱度的增加而升高 ,但当碱度为 1.2时 ,球团矿还原膨胀率迅速下降至 10 .5 4% ;随着球团矿中SiO2 含量的增加 ,球团矿的还原膨胀率基本上呈降低趋势。
The influence of addition of magnetite concentrate and additive, basicity and SiO 2 content on Brazilian Carajas hematite pellet's reduction-swelling index(RSI) is investigated. The results show that single carajas hematite pellet has a RSI of 15.64%. At a magnetite concentrate blending ratio of <50%, the blended magnetite concentrate is not enough to reduce the pellet's RSI. Addition of serpentine can reduce the pellet's RSI, whereas calcined dolomite or dolomite can make the pellet swell abnormally. At a basicity of less than 0.8 the pellet's RSI increases with increasing of basicity. However, at a basicity of 1.2 the pellet's RSI decreases sharply to 10.54% and with increasing of the content of SiO 2 the pellet's RSI tends to decrease basically.
