整合素α_5、α_6、β_1在人、小鼠卵的表达及其与卵成熟的关系

摘要 目的:研究整合素亚基的α5、α6、β1在小鼠及人卵不同成熟阶段表达。方法:对小鼠及人生发泡期及成熟期卵进行免疫组化染色,共聚焦显微镜观察整合素亚基α5、α6、β1的表达。结果:GV期及成熟期的小鼠及人卵都有整合素亚基α6、β1的表达,且这些亚基在卵的分布及表达水平与卵的成熟程度及功能状态有关;小鼠卵胞浆有α5的表达。结论:整合素亚基α6、β1在卵的表达与卵成熟程度和功能状态具有一定的关系,提示其可能参与精、卵之间的相互作用。 Objective: To study the expression of integrin a5,a6 and b1 subunits on human and mouseoocytes and their relationship with maturation of oocytes. Methods: The GV phase and matured mouse and humanoocytes were stained immunohistochemically and detected with laser confocal microscope. Results: Integrin a6and b1 were expressed in GV- and mature-phase mouse and human oocytes, but their quantity and distribution wererelated to their maturation and functional states. There was also expression of a5 in mouse cytoplasm. Conclusion:The expression of integrin a6,b1 subunits on oocytes is related to maturation and function of oocytes and maymediate the interaction between sperm and oocytes.
