介绍了燃煤分炉计量系统的原理 ,并从犁煤器计量接近开关安装、系统通迅传输、电缆防护等方面对影响其可靠性的因素进行了技术分析 ,提出了可行的解决措施。实施后 ,彻底解决了以前存在的问题 ,系统运行稳定 。

The structure and working principle of coal measuration sytem for separative boilers have been presented, the factors affecting the reliability of the said coal measuration system being technically analysed from some aspects, such as installing preximity switch for coalplouph, communication transmission in the system, and cable pvotection etc., and feasible measures for solving the problems being put forward. After implementation, the formerly existed problems have been thoroughly solved, the system having stable operation, and the reliability being greatly enhanced.
