灞桥热电厂一次风机节能降噪改造

摘要 灞桥热电厂一次风机噪音大、风机运行效率低 ,挡板开度较大时超电流 ,对运行调节及安全极其不利且污染环境。采用后弯高效风机、改变叶片数及风机喉部间隙等新技术进行改造后 ,风机噪音大幅度降低 ,超电流现象亦不复存在 ,运行效率提高 。 The primary air fans in Baqiao Power Plant have high noise and low efficiency in operation, when the opening degree of baffle plate is larger, it results in serious environment pollution, and in disadvantage of operation regulation and safety. After retrofitting by using some new techniques, such as adopting high efficiency fans with backward bent blades, changing the number of blades and clearance in the fan throat etc., noise resulting from the primary air fans has been greatly reduced, the overcurrent phenomena of said fans hasn’t occurred again, the operation efficiency being enhanced, reaching the requirements of design.
