摘要
了降低火电厂的供电煤耗率 ,达到节能降耗的目的 ,从设备状况、运行参数及改进运行方式等方面分别进行了分析。介绍了利用积累的大量试验结果自主开发的机组运行优化软件 ,该软件可指导运行人员在不同负荷状态选取最佳的运行参数。同时 ,通过对机组经济性定期或不定期的计算 ,随时了解机组的运行状况及存在的问题 。
In order to reduce the coal consumption rate of power supply. reaching the purpose of energysaving and consumptionreducing, analysis has been carried out from several aspects, such as operation parameters, and operational mode improvements etc.. An operation optimizing solftware of units developed by ourselves based on accumulated large amount of test results has been presented, guiding units in operation have to adopt optimal operation parameters under different load conditions. At the sametime, through periodic or nonperiodic calculation of economic performance for units, the operating state and existing problems of units can be understood at all times, so as to have a definite object in view for energysaving and consumptionreducing work.
