食管早期癌双染色定位后内镜下外套管黏膜切除术

摘要 近年来随着内镜下染色技术的进步及放大内镜的发展,食管癌及癌前病变的诊断水平不断提高,发现早期浅表型食管癌的例数明显增加[1-3].应用内镜下黏膜切除术(endo-scopicmucosal resection,EMR)治疗早期癌具有操作简单、安全、损伤小、医疗费用低及适合于不能手术者等诸多优点,在国外已广泛开展[1,4].我们自1996年起采取先染色后套切的方法治疗6例早期食管癌,结果报告如下.
