上消化道间质瘤的研究进展及内镜超声在其诊断中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GISTs)是常见的胃肠道间叶源性肿瘤,与传统的平滑肌瘤、平滑肌肉瘤不同,其具有c-kit(CD117)基因突变与蛋白表达和一些特殊的形态学特征.如何早期确诊GISTs并判断其分化方向和程度对制订治疗策略,防止转移与复发极为重要.一些学者应用内镜超声(endoscopic ultrasonography,EUS)观察了上消化道间质瘤(stromal cell tumors,SCTs)的声像学特征、病理及其与预后的关系,也有学者采用EUS引导下细针穿刺,行细胞组织学及免疫组化和分子生物学检查获得术前确诊.现从以下几方面综述目前人们对GISTs的认识和理解,以及EUS在GISTs诊断中的应用现状及进展.
