摘要
目的探讨肺不发育和发育不全的X线和CT诊断。方法对X线片、CT、支气管造影联合确诊的6例患者图像进行综合分析。结果肺不发育和发育不全分三型,Ⅰ型1例,肺、支气管均不发育;Ⅱ型3例,肺不发育,有发育不全的盲端主支气管;Ⅲ型2例,肺、支气管均发育不全。结论X线及CT对肺不发育和发育不全有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the usefulness of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary agenesis and hypoplasia.Methods The imaging data of 6 patients with pulmonary agenesis and hypoplasia which were obtained from CT, X-ray examinations and bronchography were analyzed.Results Based on the appearance patherns seen on images,pulmonary agensis and hypoplasia in all patients could be divided into the following three patherns: first pattern was the agenesis of the both of lung and bronchi(n=1),second pattern was the coexistence of pulmonary agenesis and main bronchial hypoplasia with blind end (n=3) ,and third pattern was the hypoplasia of the both of lung and bronchi(n=2).Conclusion X-ray and CT play an important role in the diagnosis of pulmonary agenesis and hypoplasia.
