摘要
对国内首家1.6MPa单醇合成系统的设计运行进行了总结。该装置利用了拆迁的旧联醇设备进行优化设计。简述了工艺流程,介绍了甲醇合成工段主要设备由来,分析了系统存在的问题并提出对策。生产中实现了合成尾气的回收利用。
The design and operation of 1.6 MPa methanol synthesis system in China is summarized. The used apparatus is relocated and optimized in the new design. During start up, the charge of catalyst and the temperature programmed reduction are strictly based on 《Plan of temperature programmed reduction of C301 catalyst for methanol synthesis》 suggested by Nanjing Institute of Chemical Engineering. The project turns out to be a success at the first trial of the start up operation and the recycle of the flue gas is realized.
