摘要
介绍了投煤量为10kg/h^20kg/h加压气流床气化小型试验工艺条件的选择,并给出采用华亭煤在气化压力1.5MPa,投干粉煤量15kg/h条件下取得的主要试验数据。试验煤气产率达到1.94m3/kg,碳转化率96.9%,冷煤气效率78.5%,并列出相应的氧、煤、汽耗。试验结果基本达到预期目的,积累了干粉煤气流床气化数据,并提出今后中试时值得注意的问题。
This paper introduces the choices of trial test conditions for 10kg/h^20 kg/h pressurized entrained flow coal gasifier, and shows the main test data with the operating pressure of 1.5 MPa and a feed of 15kg/h of pulverized dry coal. The test result shows that the coal gas productivity is 1.94 m3/kg, the carbon conversion 96.9%, and the cold gas efficiency up to 78.5%. Besides, corresponding consumption of oxygen, coal and steam is listed. This result meets the anticipated target and adds up to the entrained flow pulverized dry-feed coal gasification data. Furthermore, some noticeable problems for foreseeable pilot test are put forward.
