摘要
介绍了煤和废塑料共液化技术产生的背景、共液化理论及影响液化效果的主要因素,综述了国内外煤与废塑料共液化技术研究现状及前人研究所取得的一些成果。指出目前面临的主要问题是氢的有效转移、塑料的传热与结焦;今后的研究重点是煤-废塑料的相互作用、合适催化剂的制备、共液化反应机理等,认为煤与废塑料共液化对于合理利用煤炭资源和保护环境具有重要意义。
This paper introduced the background, theory and main influencing factors for co-liquefaction of coal and waste plastics. The research status and obtained achievements concerning the co-liquefaction technology were systematically reviewed. The current problems in this technology are effective transfer of hydrogen, heat transfer and coking ability of plastics. The future research shall be focused on reciprocity of coal and waste plastics, preparation of appropriate catalyst and reaction mechanism, etc. The co-liquefaction of coal and waste plastics is important for using coal resource economically and protecting environment.
