摘要
以反渗透淡水为水源,采用离子交换法制备脱盐水,用高纯度片碱取代原工业液碱作再生剂,实现再生费用节约80%,再生频率也大幅下降。用精脱盐水大大延长了变换触媒的使用周期,也为锅炉长期安全运行提供了良好的水质条件。
The demineralized water is prepared from the inverse penetration freshwater by using ion-exchange resin. The utilization of high purity fresh alkali instead of industrial lye can save the regeneration cost by 80%, and what is more, it greatly decreases the regeneration cycle. The refined demineralized water prolongs the lifetime of the accelerant and it also supplies good quality water to the boilers for their long and safe operation.
