我国多数陶粒生产线的生产能耗过高,严重影响陶粒的生产成本和推广应用。本文重点介绍部分国内外陶粒生产能耗指标,我国陶粒生产热耗、电耗高的主要原因以及降低生产能耗的有效措施。

The energy consumption in the production of ceramisites was very high in most factories in our country, which resulted in the high production cost of ceramisites and prohibited its development and application. Energy consumption indexes in ceramisite production whether domestic and or abroad were mainly introduced in the article. The author also analyzed the key reasons for the high energy and electricity consumption, and further pointed out effective measures to reduce production energy consumption.
