摘要
2003年,广西凤凰银业有限公司银矿选矿厂立项研制银矿渣陶粒。经过半年多的研究,取得了以采矿中废石干法生产页岩超轻陶粒、以选矿厂的尾矿渣半干法生产圆球型普通陶粒的科技成果。两种陶粒经小试、中试后,产品性能均达到国家轻集料GB/T17431.1-1998标准。本文介绍研制过程、技术参数等情况。
The research and manufacture of ceramisites with argent slag began in argent concentration plant of Guangxi Fenghuang Silver Co., Ltd. in 2003. After half a year's work, two technical achievements were obtained. One was the dry manufacture of super light shale ceramisite with ettles produced in mining. The other was the semi-dry process of common ball ceramisite with gangue produced in concentration plant. The Properties of the two kinds of ceramisites reached the national standard of GB/T 7431.1─1998 for light aggregates after small scale testing and pilot scale testing. Research and technical parameters were introduced in the article.
