本文从材料、设计以及施工操作分析了目前运用外保温技术建成的节能住宅出现的脱落、空鼓、开裂、室内泛霜、结露等诸多质量问题以及应采取的措施。

Quality problems such as ablation, cracks, scumming and moisture condensation, often occurred in energy saving constructions that adopted exterior insulation for external wall technology. The author analyzed the reasons and pointed out measure to resolve these problems from materials, design and construction.
