社区矫正主体建构论略

On the Subjects Construction of Community Correction

社区矫正在我国经过试点并进一步得到推广,目前到了应该关注其具体问题的时候。笔者关注杜区矫正主体的建构问题,认为它应包括社区矫正的决定主体和执行主体。就我国现行规定来说,决定主体并不存在问题,关键是执行主体问题。在考察西方国家主体建构情况,并分析我们目前存在的问题后,提出了自己的一点建议。

After experiment, the community correction now has a further popularization in our country, so we should concern the concrete problem of it . I am interested in the construction of the correction subject, and think it includes determined subject and executive subject . To the current regulations of our country, there are no problems in the former and the key is in the latter. Observing the construction of the western countries and analyzing the problems of our country, I have some suggestion.
