雾化吸入提高支气管扩张症患者体位引流疗效的护理观察

Study on the effect of combination therapy of jet nebulization with postural drainage treatment on bronchiectasis patients

目的 探讨雾化吸入与体位引流结合对支气管扩张症的临床治疗价值。方法 将 91例支气管扩张症患者随机分为A组 (n =30 )、B组 (n =30 )和C组 (n =31)。A组作单纯体位引流 ;B组作单纯喷射式雾化吸入 ;C组在体位引流前作喷射式雾化吸入。观察记录患者每日的痰液排出量 ,血象恢复天数 ,体温恢复天数 ,住院天数 ,以此为临床疗效指标。结果 C组患者的每日排痰量明显高于A组和B组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血象恢复天数、体温恢复天数及住院天数较A组和B组缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 雾化吸入能提高支气管扩张症患者体位引流的疗效 ,减少患者痛苦。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the combination therapy of jet nebulizer inhalation and postural drainage. Methods Ninety-one cases of bronchiectasis were randomly assigned into three groups:only postural drainage treatment ( n =30) or simply jet nebulizer inhalation ( n =30),and combination jet nebulizer inhalation with postural drainage treatment( n =31).The volume of sputum exertion were observed daily, the days of recovery blood routine examination,the days of temperature back to normal and those of hospitalization were monitored in groups. Results The volume of sputum in the comparision treatment group were significantly more than the other two groups,and the days back to the normal blood rutine and the normal temperature were significantly shortened than the other two groups s well as the period of hospitalization. Conclusion Jet nebulization can improve the effect of postural drainage treatment on patients of bronchiectasis and decrease pains,Which is a good way to extend the clinical applications.
