家庭教育前后精神分裂症病人家庭支持和自理行为的研究 被引量:35

A study of family support and behaviors for patients with schizophrenics before and after family education

摘要 目的 探讨家庭教育对精神分裂症病人家庭支持和自理行为作用的可行性、有效性。方法 将精神分裂症病人随机分为两组 ,对观察组家属实施家庭教育 ,为期 4周 ,随访 1年 ,采用家庭关怀指数问卷 (FamilyAPGARindex)和自理行为问卷(Self CareBehaviorQuestionnaire ,SCBQ)对病人进行评定。结果 观察组精神分裂症病人得到较多的家庭支持 ,从而执行较多的自理行为 ,与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,家庭支持和自理行为间存在正相关 (r =0 .2 6 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 家庭教育有利于指导家属向病人提供有效的家庭支持 ,促进病人自理。 Objective To study the effect of the function in family education to family support and self care for schizophrenics. Method The patnents of schizophrenics were randomly assigned into two groups. The observation group accepted family education .The time of following up was four weeks, and the later was one year. The scores of the study were Family APGAR index and Self-Care Behavior Questionnaire for patients. Result The observation group received more family support and performed more self-care behaviors ( P <0.01), which had significant difference compared with the contrasting group,and family support was positively correlated with self-care behaviors (r=0.26, P <0.05). Conclusion Family education is propitious to guide the relations to patients with the effective family support.
